Racer's Timer - this program will allow the user to time up to eight participants in most any type of event.  It will handle up to 500 laps and accepts predefined number assignments.  It considers the 'fastest possible time' and disallows faster times. At close, the participant laps are sorted and fastest laps for each recorded into a memo.
